      I Had No Moss Softwash out for an estimate of our home in Roseville. I was totally impressed with the extent and quality of their estimate, photos including aerial of the roof, drive and walkways with a full explanation of needs. We Agreed on a reasonable price and set an appointment, 3 great employees (Mekhi, Mesech and GianCarlo) did an excellent job. This put me at ease by using fall protection while on the roof and they protected my plants and my new AC unit. I was very impressed with the results, we had lots of moss and dirt. I highly recommend No Moss Softwash, they are very professional, licensed and insured as well as a pleasure to deal with.

      Wow! I am so impressed with how Chris, Vince, and their team at No Moss Softwash handled the extremely stressful situation we had with receiving a Non-Renewal letter on our Homeowner’s Insurance. The letter stated we had moss/mold/mildew on our roof, and we were going to lose our insurance. I contacted NoMoss Softwash, and they got us in for an appointment much faster than expected. They asked when it had to be done by, and got right out to assess the situation. Vince explained the details of what issues our roof faced, and possible repercussions if it wasn’t taken care of. They offer a 5-year warranty as well as have a very responsive, professional, and polite customer service style, which is very appreciated. We are so pleased with how good our roof looks, and it feels good to know we can call if anything comes up and they will go to lengths to make sure it’s taken care of to our 100% satisfaction. I called and spoke with other companies, and not one of them was as patient and thorough with their explanation of the process and why cleaning the roof is so important. This keeps your roof healthy and strong, so it can prevent further issues later on. I recommend having your roof soft washed even if you don’t have any insurance issues. Other companies may ‘power wash’, but using the wrong amount of pressure can do more damage to your roof.
