Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By requesting a free estimate from No Moss SoftWash ("we", "us", "our") via our website (nomoss.com) or any other means, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of the "Free Estimate"
a. Our "free estimate" is a non-binding assessment of the potential cost for the services you inquire about (e.g., roof moss removal, exterior soft washing). It is based on the information you provide and our initial assessment, which may include reviewing publicly available property images (e.g., satellite views) and, in many cases, a physical on-site visit.
b. The estimate provided is an approximation and is subject to change based on a detailed, in-person assessment, unforeseen conditions, or additional services requested by the client.
c. Our estimates are provided at no cost to you.

2. Scope of the Estimate
a. The estimate will detail the specific services discussed and the estimated cost for those services. It will not include services not explicitly mentioned or agreed upon.
b. Any additional services or changes to the scope of work requested after the estimate is provided may result in an updated estimate or separate charges.

3. On-Site Visits & Access
a. For many estimates, an on-site visit to your property will be required to accurately assess the scope of work, access requirements, and any specific challenges (e.g., roof pitch, delicate landscaping, existing damage).
b. By requesting an estimate that requires an on-site visit, you grant No Moss SoftWash and its representatives permission to access your property for the purpose of conducting the assessment. This access will be limited to what is necessary for the estimate.
c. We request that you ensure safe access to areas relevant to the service (e.g., clear pathways to the roofline, unblocked driveways) for our team during the estimate visit.

4. Estimate Validity
a. Each estimate will include a validity period. Beyond this period, the estimated price may no longer be honored due to changes in material costs, labor rates, or scheduling availability.
b. If the estimate expires, a new estimate may be required.

5. No Obligation
a. Requesting or receiving a free estimate from No Moss SoftWash does not create any obligation for you to proceed with our services.
b. Similarly, providing an estimate does not obligate No Moss SoftWash to perform the services unless and until a formal service agreement or contract is signed by both parties.

6. Information Provided by Client
a. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your property and the services you require. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of the estimate.

7. Limitations of Liability for Estimates
a. While we strive for accuracy, No Moss SoftWash is not liable for any discrepancies between the free estimate and the final cost of services, particularly if those discrepancies arise from unforeseen conditions, changes in scope, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
b. The estimate itself does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of service performance or final pricing.

8. Intellectual Property (Estimate Content)
a. All information, including measurements, photos, and recommendations provided within the estimate, remains the intellectual property of No Moss SoftWash. It is provided for your consideration of our services and should not be used for competitive bidding or shared without our express permission.

9. Acceptance of Estimate
a. Your acceptance of an estimate, typically indicated by signing a formal agreement, will initiate the process of scheduling and performing the services. At that point, a separate service agreement with detailed terms for the work will apply.

10. Changes to Terms
a. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions for Free Estimates at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will indicate when changes have been made.
